Founder

Responsible for strategy, brand presence and day-to-day operations. Creates tangible value for clients through the client portal and digital documentation for safety specialists. As advisor to the management board at doinstruct, he has already scaled a provider of occupational safety training: there he owned the US market entry, marketing campaigns and new product features, and built AI automations. A business graduate with stints in management consulting, investment banking and with various investors, he brings the analytical rigour needed.

Merten Precht-Rümenapf

Founder

Responsible for sales, partnerships and client support. Makes sure every business understands which rules apply, has the right point of contact and is supported in a legally sound, straightforward way. As head of partnerships at doinstruct, he successfully managed a network of occupational safety specialists and rolled out occupational safety software to companies with more than 100 experts. With a master's in entrepreneurship and earlier roles in sales and digitalisation, he brings the instinct for client problems, needs and solutions, so you can focus on your business.

Andreas Bedrunka

Founder & Advisory Partner

Responsible for the technical quality of support and helps build the nationwide specialist network. Makes sure a vetted specialist stands behind every contract and that each engagement lives up to what the documentation promises. As founder and managing director of SiFa-flex GmbH, he built an occupational safety consultancy from Munich across Germany and supported 100+ clients in total. An industrial engineer, occupational safety specialist and fire safety officer, he brings the hands-on practice and expertise needed.
